Membership Programmes

• Each month your Direct Debit will come out of your bank account.

• Every calendar month all treatments included in your membership programme are credited to your personal Pamper Me account.

• If you don’t book your treatments within the month they will rollover to the next month. (if you cancel your membership, all treatments must be used within 30 days, subject to appointment schedule availability)

• Member may gift their treatments to friends and family (maximum 2 per calendar year to any single person)

• Members benefit from a 10% discount on other treatments booked throughout the month, which cannot be rolled over to the next month or gifted to a friend. Booster treatments can be added to your treatment at 50% discount.

• Memberships can be cancelled by giving 30 days notice, at any time after the initial term of 3 months.

• All memberships are non-transferable, but treatments can be gifted as above.

• All memberships auto-renew on a month to month basis after the initial term of 3 months, with 30 days notice to cancel.

• Treatments included in your membership cannot be changed for an alternative treatment.

• By signing up to a Direct Debit you accept all of our Term's & Conditions, and will be required to sign a copy of these terms on your next visit to Pamper Me.

General Terms & Conditions

• Pamper Me is not responsible for lost articles or items.

• Pamper Me reserve the right to refuse or discontinue our treatments for any reason. For example particular changes in health may be contraindicated to our services.

• We reserve the right to change guidelines, terms, conditions, opening hours or pricing at any time by providing reasonable notice of such change.

• You may cancel or reschedule appointments at no charge 48 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes to your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge.

• Cancellations or changes to your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge.

• You must be over 18 years old; anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for making Pamper Me aware of any changes to your health or prescribed medication.

• Member discounts are only available on full price treatments, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and offers.
